That said, the nature of the engagement matters more than headcount — we've worked productively with smaller firms on focused contract reviews and with larger organisations on full continuity programmes.

It varies by service. A Contract Portfolio Review for a focused portfolio can be completed in two to four weeks. A full Business Continuity Plan, including testing scenarios, typically runs six to ten weeks. A Market Intelligence Framework design generally falls between three and six weeks, depending on how many intelligence streams are involved.

Our primary practice is in Hong Kong and the wider Greater Bay Area. We can support organisations with Hong Kong operations that are headquartered elsewhere, and we're comfortable working in both English and Cantonese contexts.

The range reflects scope and complexity. A Contract Portfolio Review for 15 active contracts will cost less than one covering 80. We'll confirm fees after an initial scoping call, once we understand the actual situation. There are no hidden charges or open-ended billing structures.
